My plan toward growing young Bocatoreño EcoGuides is to dive into nature as we work toward helping these local youths gain confidence & a sense of value for their innate ability to sight wildlife while exploring and learning about our fragile ecosystems.
The idea is to show them a new career path that’s sustainable, eco-friendly, the more future EcoGuides we can grow, the more this archipelago will be run by young folks conscious of the impact we humans can place upon these fragile ecosystems and what we can do to lessen detrimental human impact that ravages this archipelago if left unchecked.
It’s not been easy to develop this, so if anyone out in cyberspace would be so kind to help me with my dream I’d be wildly appreciative as I slowly grow my Bocas Biodiversity cause of working w/ young locals of Bocas in helping guide them toward a new career possibility.

We are in enormous need for binoculars to share among my students and funding for boat transport is key as we collect our students from all around the archipelago to participate in workshops and bring them home at the end of the day.
