Let’s have a day of sunshine and a gorgeous Caribbean experience. And, unless it’s what you prefer, this ecotour isn’t just laying around and getting sunburned and dehydrated. Nope, Mama StaceBird will pester you to reapply and drink water (I’ll be bringing plenty!) and take you on a walk through the unique interior forest that feels like a fantasy world and we’ll jump into the water for some snorkeling! And of COURSE we can laze in the sun too, I’ll have chairs and a cooler with cold drinks and some snacks!
In addition to catering to your beachy needs and desires, this ecotour that is also educational, guided by me, a professional guide and field biologist who will regale you with fascinating facts about nature as I point out a biodiversity of plants, birdlife and marine life!
Further, I’ll go into depth about the indigenous people of Bocas del Toro, the Ngäbe which is a true representation of pure Bocas.
We’ll snorkel one or two unique spots that show the variety of underwater life and that which is so varied in composition of species from one part of the archipelago to another.
